Videos and application advice, customized telephone customer assistance…a level of service that is fitting for a company founded by Helena Rubinstein, the woman that invented beauty*. With a heritage founded in legendary products such as mascara, or the first skin care to provide a lifting effect without surgery, Helena Rubinstein was the first to understand that each woman is unique and created the very first classification by skin type in 1910. Inspired by this innovative line for the most discerning of women, Helena Rubinstein’s new site offers customers the opportunity to order its entire line of products. Helena Rubinstein selected Mazarine Digital to design the site, resulting in an immersive, elegant online experience that perfectly reflects the brand’s values of scientific research and audacity. Mazarine will also be responsible for all creative animations. Brand Online Commerce was selected to develop the site and will manage all e-commerce marketing and operations, including marketing calendar implementation as defined with the brand, as well as customer service that aims to provide the highest standard of quality.
